Cancellation and Returns Policy
  • The Seller, at the time of specifying a Service in marinero.mx, selects and subscribes to one of the cancellation or refund categories provided by marinero.mx, which are specified in numeral 5.
  • The category selected by the Seller will be duly identified and available for review by Users in the file of each Service promoted through marinero.mx
  • Users, at the time of purchasing a Service, declare that they understand, accept and subscribe to the Cancellation or Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions, specifically to the category applicable to the Service.
  • Any cancellation request is subject to the criteria and reimbursement policies subscribed by the Seller. Any change and/or modification that the Client wishes to make to the rental of the Service, must process a request directly by email aclaraciones@marinero.mx provided for these purposes, which will be subject to confirmation by marinero.mx
  • Categories of Cancellations or Returns are specified in the following table:
    Strict

    More than 30 days before the trip

    ⌵ User Refund

    For cancellations made 30 days before the trip, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the service will be refunded. The marinero.mx service fee will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days following the cancellation of the Service
    Moderate

    14 days before the trip

    ⌵ User Refund

    For cancellations made at any time up to 14 (fourteen) days before the start of the trip, 90% (ninety percent) of the total cost of the Service will be refunded and 100% (one hundred percent) of the marinero.mx service fee will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days following the cancellation of the Service.
    Flexible

    7 days before the trip

    ⌵ User Refund

    For cancellations made at any time up to 7 (seven) days before the start of the trip, 80% (eighty percent) of the cost of the service will be refunded and the marinero.mx service charge will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days following the cancellation of the Service.
    With little flexibility

    48 hours before the trip

    ⌵ User Refund

    For cancellations made at any time up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the trip, 75% (seventy-five percent) of the cost of the service will be refunded and the marinero.mx service charge will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 (fourteen) business days following the cancellation of the Service.
  • Due to the policies of the means of payment, the commission of the marinero.mx medium will be deducted from the refund.
  • The Seller will have the power to temporarily suspend the start of an activity in the following (2) cases:

    ( a )There are force majeure factors external to the Seller that justify the suspension of the activity, such as causes of force majeure, public order, health, security, unfavorable weather conditions or decisions of the competent government authority, strikes, among others.

    ( b ) There are factors or conditions duly specified and informed by the Seller in the Service file.

    In any of the above, the Seller must:

    ( 1 ) Inform the user of the reason for the suspension as far in advance as possible.

    ( 2 ) Propose a new start date/time for the activity, which will be subject to user confirmation.

    ( 3 ) Inform marinero.mx to the email aclaraciones@marinero.mx

    If an agreement is not reached, the user may request the cancellation of the activity through the email aclaraciones@marinero.mx being reimbursed 75% of the amount paid less the commission of the selected means of payment (see numeral 2.8 of the present), without right to any other compensation or payment.

  • In case of cancellations by the Seller, marinero.mx will reimburse the user 100% of the amount paid. For such purposes, the Seller will refund 100% of the amount received from the user to marinero.mx, also charging the service fee of marinero.mx
  • The non-appearance of the user in the place, date and time provided in the service sheet, or as explicitly agreed with the Seller, whatever the cause, including fortuitous event and force majeure, is the sole responsibility of the user, and will not give rise to any claim, compensation or refund of the amount paid.
  • Discount coupons are non-refundable.
